We do not offer returns on any of our products as they are fresh food/drink items.

Cancellation Policy

As we use freshly purchased ingredients for our regular workshops and only have a limited number of spaces on each, the following cancellation, refund and transfer fees below apply.

*Please note, tickets for some special events and workshops may be non-refundable, so please be sure to check event-specific information.

2 weeks notice before event: we can offer a full refund.
1 week’s notice before the event: we can offer a transfer of date to a different workshop with a £5 admin fee.
3 days before or less: regrettably no refund or transfer of dates is possible.
