Join us for Sunday lunch at Newlyn Fermentary with Bonito Sushi
Bonito Sushi is a Falmouth based occasional sushi restaurant. We have fun with the most incredible produce we are lucky enough to have on our doorstep.
On Sunday we will be serving a relaxed Kaiseki inspired lunch, Japanese flavours using our wonderful ingredients. The menu will flow from light to hearty. You can expect immaculate Tuna, caught in Falmouth bay. Pork raised in the woods overlooking that bay. A ponzu and yuzu kosho made with Namayasais citrus, and a plate of 5 pickles using different fermenting techniques.
Lunch will be served from 12 - 3pm confirmation of your arrival time will be sent upon booking.
Our bookings will be staggered, this isn't a long table shared dining experience.
£36 a head (includes booking fee)
We will have our favourite sake "Konishi Silver" and a bespoke flavour of Rachels beautiful Kefir available to drink on the day.
