Join us for a double masterclass from River Cottages Head of Fermentation, Rachel de Thample and Fermentary co-Founder, Rachel Booth on their favourite spring time ferments, followed by a short workshop during which you can also make your own jar of fermented vegetables.

We will then sit down for a three course fermented lunch inspired by Rachel de Thample's upcoming book, The Fermentation Year. Each participant will also have their own goodie bag to take away from the Fermentary fridge.
