Kraut making kit

We  only have a small number of our kraut making gift sets in store at the moment, they make a perfect gift for anyone who is into food, fermenting or gut health

Kraut kits include

• 3 recipe cards for pink kraut - lilli kraut - fennel + mint kraut

• Hand made ceramic fermentation weights

• 1kg clip top fermenting jar

• 80g Cornish sea salt

• 40g Cornish smoked sea salt

• 20g Lilli kraut spice mix (contains mustard)

• 20g Aleppo chilli pepper

Just add cabbage and you can make 6kg of sauerkraut!! :)
