A wild fermented drinks evening with Rachel de Thample and Newlyn Fermentary
Join us on Saturday April 25th, with Rachel de Thample for a fun and insightful evening into the world of wild fermented drinks. As summer is just around the corner, this evening provides an excellent way to develop an impressive repertoire of of naturally refreshing and health giving sparkling drinks.
Both Rachel (Fermentary co-founder) and Rachel (Head of Fermentation at River Cottage) will give a short talk on the inspiration behind fermented soft drinks, as well as a number of demonstrations.
Each participant can then make the drink of their choice and come away with a litre of their favourite fermented thirst quencher. We'll round the evening up with a pop up probiotic cocktail bar - a perfect pre dinner workshop.
