We’ve made some delicious limited edition kimchi sauce with the kvass (brine) from our house kimchi and some local rocoto chillis. It’s our first run of just 30 bottles so snap them up quick……. it’s a medium to hot heat, with less than 1% panela sugar to round the flavour, use it on eggs, rice, cheese or avocado on toast, chip butties.. pretty much everything.
