Join us for an indulgent Sunday afternoon at Chapel House. Learn the basics of sauerkraut making with some delicious festive recipes and enjoy a ferment inspired three course lunch.
You'll be making a jar of winter kraut to take home (typically infused with bay, clove or juniper) which will be perfectly fermented in time for many a festive supper. Fermentary founder, Rachel, will also be demonstrating how to brine your favourite roots.
Together with the team at Chapel House, we will also be preparing a delicious festive and ferment inspired game roast (three courses). Each course will have a fermented element. Teas, coffee and optional digestif will be served upstair by the fire after lunch.
